My name is Marie Nutter and I serve work communities striving for wellness within.

As a pediatric operating room nurse, trauma sensitive yoga facilitator, and flawed human recognized for resiliency ... I am humbled by the folks I get to learn from every day.

TCTSY, or trauma sensitive yoga, has been shown to reduce traumatic stress and increase inner awareness (or interoception) within folks choosing to participate.​​​​​

This evidence-based practice offers a non-corrective format where performance is not prioritized so you might choose what's best for your mind-body connection.

No right or wrong.​​​
